Shipping and returns

Delivery times

We will make sure to ship your order as soon as possible.

Depending on the carrier, delivery times may vary. Due to the COVID-19 situation, carriers are no longer able to guarantee delivery times. During the holiday season, additional delays can be expected.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have given us is correct. Once your package is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping errors or lost packages.

Delivery fees et expédition

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada for orders over $200 at regular rates. We'll send you your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

For international shipments, email us at info@laboratoiretextile.ca for a shipping estimate.

Custom

Local import duties and customs fees upon arrival of the goods in your country are beyond our control and at your expense.

We also cannot be held responsible for unusual delays in customs processing.

Cancellation of an order

To cancel an order and obtain a refund, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, your order is no longer refundable.

Returns 

We make every product to order for you with the utmost care. That's why we invite you to contact us if you need any clarification before making your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Laboratoire Textile lighting fixture, please do not hesitate to contact us, communiquez avec nous dans les 7 jours suivant la réception de votre commande. Passé ce délai, nous ne pourrons pas traiter votre demande.

Damaged product

We carefully inspect each product before sending it to you.

In the event that the product you ordered has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After this time, we will not be able to process your request.

Return and refund

Once your return request has been approved, send your product back to us at your expense. The returned product must be in perfect condition, show no signs of wear and tear, and be returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive your product, we will refund the amount of your invoice as well as your shipping costs by bank transfer or Paypal.  Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged package

If your package was damaged in transit, we invite you to contact the shipping company directly.

Sales

Products on sale, on clearance or at reduced prices are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
