Shipping and returns
Delivery times
- Depending on the carrier, delivery times may vary.
- We will send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Please make sure that the delivery address you have given us is correct. Once your package is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping errors or lost packages.

Shipping price
- Delivery is free throughout Canada and the United States for orders over $200 at regular rate.
- For international shipments, contact us at info@laboratoiretextile.ca to get an estimate of shipping costs.
Custom
- Local import duties and customs fees upon arrival of the goods in your country are beyond our control and at your expense.
- We also cannot be held responsible for unusual delays in customs processing.
Cancellation of an order
- To cancel an order and obtain a refund, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, your order is no longer refundable.
Returns
- We make each product to order for you with the greatest care. This is why we invite you to contact us if you need further clarification before making your purchase.
- If your luminaire does not bring you complete satisfaction, contact us within 14 days at info@laboratoiretextile.ca
- If your light fixture is defective or damaged, it will be replaced free of charge.
Sales
- Products on sale, on clearance or at reduced prices are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
